SSC examinations will begin from March 25 with the new patter and syllabus for Secondary School Certificate exams. Taking these into consideration, students will be given 15 minutes extra so that they have sufficient time to understand and answer the question paper.
This has been confirmed by District Educational Officer K Lingaiah that the duration of examinations would be 2.45 hours instead of 2.3 hours whereas the second lanugage paper duration will be of 3.15 hours.
A tital of 63,126 students will appear for this SSC examination across 274 centers that will be managed by 274 chief superintendents and 3328 invigilators. Only Chief Superintendent will be allowed to use cellular phones in the centers. This will help curbe any malpractices and cheating in exams. However, students will be able to leave the examination center before the full-time of exams.
